-We’re sorry but there is no pick-up and drop-off service. When you get off the train at Biei station, please pick up a taxi. Taxi cost from Biei station is about 1200yen.
From November to March (winter season), we could drive you to the station next morning. (8:30-10:00)
If you walk from the station to pension, it takes about 40 min.
-Bath towel, towel and toothbrush is included in the charge.
-Smoking is prohibited in the house.
-Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the pension.
-There is no toilet in each room. There are two toilets on the second floor. (The floor in which you stay).
-About bathroom:
There are two bathrooms in our pension. You can occupy bathroom by your room members when you use.
During your members take a bath, other visitors cannot enter same bathroom.
-There is a free car park next to the pension.
-There is no air conditioner in each room. (Except "Scandinavian room mysig".)
-There is a heater in each room.

-Please do not bring the drinks and food into the lounge, Please bring it only your room.
However, only from 20:00 to 22:30, you could bring the drinks and food into the lounge.
-Our pension is unavailable between 10:00-15:30 for cleaning.Thank you for your understanding.
*Even if you stay more than 1 night, it’s not possible to enter the pension between 10:00 and 15:30.
-About the cancellation charge:
If you cancel from seven days before your reserved date, it occurs a cancellation charge. No cancellation charge is needed for cancel before 7days ahead of the reservation date.
Deposit is not required but please let us know if your plan will be canceled,
because the cancellation charge is arises from 7days before your reserved
date.
Also let us know as soon as possible if your plan changed during your travel.
40% of staying charge is required for cancel between before 3days and 7days of staying.
60% of staying charge is required for cancel between before 2days of staying.
80% of staying charge is required for cancel between before 1days of staying.
100%of staying charge is required for cancel on that days of staying.
-Japanese law requires that we ask every foreign guest to present their passport, a photocopy of which we will keep on file during their stay with us .

We accept the reservation from 11:00 a.m. on the same day, 3 months prior to the lodging day.
You can reserve just three months before your arrival.
e.g. if stay in July 15th→reserve from April 15th
But if there is not corresponded day, it shifts to next day.
e.g. if stay from July 31st →from May 1st
However, if you stay several days and first day is same as three months before day, you can reserve other days in same time.
e.g. you can reserve in April 20th if you stay July 20th and 21th.
Reservation form and Fax are available in same condition, but please understand thatit is confirmed after 11:15 AM at earlier in Japan time.
